Abstracts

Accepted abstracts will be published on an ongoing basis following completion of the peer review process.

On the programme page, titles will be linked to their respective abstracts as they become available.

Submission guidelines

  • Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 300 words. 
  • Abstracts must include the title , complete author list, and affiliations, as well as contact information for the presenting author. 
  • The abstracts should be structured using the following headings:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Abstracts must be submitted as PDF files.

Important dates

  • Submission deadline: 1 June
  • Notification of acceptance:15 June
  • Conference date: 24-24 September
  • Abstract presentations: 25 September

Review process

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the conference program committee.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and presented at the meeting either as an oral presentation or a poster.
