Abstracts

We are pleased to announce the Call for Abstracts for the SCANSECT 2026 Annual Meeting on 24-25 September in Oslo, Norway.

We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, and scholars to submit their abstracts for consideration.

Submission guidelines

  • Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 300 words. 
  • Abstracts must include the title , complete author list, and affiliations, as well as contact information for the presenting author. 
  • The abstracts should be structured using the following headings:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Abstracts must be submitted as PDF files.

Countdown til submission

  • Submission deadline: 1 June
  • Notification of acceptance:15 June
  • Conference date: 24-24 September
  • Abstract presentations: 25 September

Review process

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the conference program committee.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and presented at the meeting either as an oral presentation or a poster.
